2A. Write on a blank sheet of paper "I want to sign the statement to protest the arrest of Dr. Nguyen Thanh Giang"

2B. Next, write your name, occupation and location as said on steps 1E1 to 1E3 above.

2C. Fax the paper to (310) 518-2262
